Chef Jonathan Capitaine

French chef Jonathan Capitaine spent time in Australia working for leading chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan. While in Sydney, he developed a passion for Australian beef so when he opened Le Boeuf Volant in Paris in 2013, it was only natural to look down under for produce.

Honoured at number 37 by the World's Best Steak Restaurants list, Le Boeuf Volant opened in 2013 in Paris. It’s a simple restaurant demonstrating an unending passion for great steak frites. Chef Jonathan Capitaine sources Australian Wagyu, cooks it with care and serves it without fuss.
