Drew Rosenberg, Executive Chef of CUT by Wolfgang Puck, is a renowned chef that has garnered experience all across America. As a young child, Drew developed his appreciation for quality produce and its artistic possibilities through watching the Food Network. Drew has spent all of his time since in fine-dining restaurants – even as a young teenager, later studying at the Culinary Institute of America. His extensive experience with various restaurants throughout his career, has allowed Drew to develop a love and appreciation for Japanese cuisine, seafood, and CUT’s speciality… beef! Drew’s approach to CUT’s menu combines these three areas to create a fusion of Californian cuisine with Japanese influence.
