Ben Williamson

Finding his way through restaurants across Perth, Sydney, Bahrain and Brisbane, Chef Ben Williamson is no stranger to travel and immersing himself in the cultural delights that inspire the culinary traditions and great cuisines of the world. Today, Williamson is one of the founding directors and executive chef of the Brisbane-based hospitality group, Anyday. Venues include; wood fire-driven restaurant Agnes, modern Italian trattoria Biànca, Japanese inspired hôntô and modern Thai restaurant sAme sAme. Ben continues to innovate and experiment with different flavours and techniques as he aims to bring his guests the best dining experience possible.

Biànca was born out of a desire to bring the spirit of Italian dining to Ada Lane, captivating the effervescence of a classic trattoria within a sleek, warm and colourful setting. The food is focused on perfecting simple, classic Italian dishes with a nod to the Australian climate and dining sphere, honouring fresh produce and seasonality.
